What Our Lifetime Warranty Covers:

  • Materials and Workmanship: Our cabinets are guaranteed to be free from defects in materials and workmanship under normal residential use. This includes structural integrity.

  • Structural Components: The hinges and drawer runners are covered against defects that may affect their performance or appearance.

What Our Lifetime Warranty Does Not Cover:

  • Normal Wear and Tear: Damage resulting from daily use, such as scratches, dents, or fading due to exposure to sunlight, is not covered.

  • Improper Maintenance: Damage caused by the use of harsh chemicals, abrasive cleaners, or neglecting recommended care and maintenance procedures is excluded.

  • Alterations: Modifications of cabinets / using them outside of their intended use voids the warranty on the unit.

  • Water Damage: Water damage is not covered under our warranty.
